16oz (454g) ORGANIC PEABERRY, 100% Kona Coffee,  Medium Roast.  Whole Bean only.  Like all of our coffees this peaberry is of single origin, grown exclusively on the Gillette family estate.  Peaberry is a mutation where only 1 bean is grown inside the coffee cherry rather than 2.  This is our highest grade of coffee, ultra rich and smooth.  Flavor notes of dark chocolate, almond, cherry, black tea, ginger and tomato.  Silky body that becomes juicy as it cools.  Very limited availability.
